Dr Reddy pays higher premium to hike stake in Apollo Hospitals
CHENNAI: Despite weak stock market sentiments, Apollo Hospitals chairman Dr Prathap C Reddy has preferred to hike his stake by opting to convert
into equity the warrants issued earlier at a higher premium over the current stock price.
The company informed stock exchanges on Saturday its Board has approved the allotment of over 15.49 lakh equity shares of face value of Rs 10 each at a price of Rs 497.69 per share to its promoter Dr Prathap C Reddy.
