Directions-
1. Heat ghee in cooker for about 3 minutes. Add cinnamon. Stir for a few seconds. Add wheat and fry till light brown (approximately 5 minutes), stirring constantly. Add water. Stir well.
2. Closed cooker. Bring to full pressure on high heat. Reduce heat and cook for 1 minute.
3. Remove cooker from heat. Allow to cool naturally.
4. Place cooker with lapsi on medium heat Cook till sugar is dissolved and ghee shows separately (approximately 10 minutes), stirring occasionally.
5. Stir in cardamom powder. Serve hot, garnished with almonds and pistachio nuts.
6. Open cooker. Add sugar.
